Successful Transportation Management

Mitchell Rouse, our founder, is a past chairman of Administrative Services Cooperative and member of Los Angeles Yellow Cab and United Checker Cab Cooperative's board of directors. He is chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Taxi Systems, Inc. and its predecessor, which owned and operated many of the fleets before they became cooperatives. Since 1983, he has also been chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Super Shuttle International, Inc. He is also a director and past president of the International Taxi and Limousine Association, the national trade association of the taxi industry; a past director and past president of the Taxi and Para-transit Association of California, the industry's statewide trade association; a past director of the Los Angeles Visitors and Convention Bureau; and a current director of the Long Beach Visitors and Convention Bureau.

Steve Maloy, our CEO and managing director, is a CPA, graduating from University of San Diego. After more than 15 years of owning and operating a successful CPA Firm in San Diego, Steve sold the firm and began his entrepreneurial ventures. For the past 12 years, Steve has owned and operated California Yellow Cab, one of the largest taxi firms in California and has been partners with Mr. Rouse in many other transporation ventures.

Craig Puckett, ALC president, graduated from Brigham Young University in 1993. Craig's family was in the transportation business, so transportation is a big part of his culture. Prior to his work with ALC, Craig served as vice president of Taxi Systems Inc. Taxi Systems owns and manages more than 1,200 taxi cabs in the Los Angeles area. Craig took on the vice president role at Call Oscar and developed operational systems and grew that company to a successful transportation service provider that focused on service to the senior population. Craig has been instrumental in developing the proprietary GPS and computer dispatch software with American Logistics Company. Craig currently serves on the board of directors of the TAxi, Para-transit Association of California. He also serves on the Para-transit board of the Taxi, Limousine, Para-transit Association, a worldwide organization of transportation providers.
